Frequently Asked Questions
1. How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?
Prices vary depending on the size, type, rental duration, and location. See our products page for pricing.

2. How long can I keep the bounce house?
Typically 5 hours of use. We use your requested event start time and come up with end time after 5 hrs. We are flexible on times and can accommodate any situation when booked in advance. We need a two day notice to change times for an event.

3. Do I need a power source?
A Standard 110V outlet will be needed within 100 feet. We supply all extension cords.

4. Can I set up a bounce house on any surface?
Our bounce houses can be set up on grass or pavement, but grass is preferred for safety. We will provide tarps for protection on hard surfaces.

5. Is supervision required?
Yes, adult supervision is required at all times to ensure safety and proper use.

6. Are bounce houses safe?
Yes, if used correctly. Follow all safety guidelines, limit capacity, and keep an eye on children while they play.

7. What happens if it rains?
In the case of rain, we will reschedule with you. If we cannot reschedule, we will refund your money. We do not allow rentals in bad weather for safety reasons. If you take delivery of unit and some passing showers hit simply unplug unit after children have exited, and plug back in after it passes. Please be sure to wipe the inside dry so it’s not slippery

8. Do I need to clean the bounce house before returning it?
No. Our inflatable units are deep cleaned weekly and sanitized after each rental. During set-up we will spot vacuum & sanitize again to ensure the most sanitary Inflatable ride possible.

9. Are there any age or weight limits?
Yes, however, it does depend on the unit you rent.

10. How far in advance should I book?
It’s best to book your inflatable rental at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, or during peak seasons (spring and summer). For large events or if you need specific units, booking even earlier—4–6 weeks ahead—is recommended to guarantee availability. Last-minute rentals may be possible, but options may be limited.

11. What should we do to get ready for our inflatable rental?
Before we arrive with your inflatable rental, please make sure the setup area is clean, flat, and clear of any sharp objects, debris, or pet waste. The inflatable needs to be placed near a power outlet, and we’ll need a clear path through any gates or doors to bring in the equipment. For safety, an adult must supervise while the inflatable is in use, and kids should remove shoes and avoid bringing food, drinks, or sharp items inside. Be sure to check the weather, review your rental agreement, and have any remaining balance ready. If anything comes up, we’re just a call away!

12. Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. Every legal inflatable business must have General Liability Insurance.

13. Is there a delivery fee?
No, there is not a delivery fee but we only service areas around north jersey. If your town lies outside our radius, we will let you know.
